Grout and tile steamer?

my sister cleans a dealership and they never sealed the grout dont ask me why but the grout gets very dealership has been open for about a year but i need to find a tile and grout steamer and affordable one i cant find any good ones i would prefer not to get the most expensive prices

You can look at http://www.thegroutcleaningstore.com they sell the Ladybug cleaning. But to be honest, if the place is not huge, you can do it yourself with the cleaner and brush. The stream machines don't clean, they just push the dirt out that you just scrubbed loose.
