Grow clementines & Tomatoes indoors

Question

I have 4 clementine plants which i have been growing in pots since they were seeds. I am now moving to a cold climate and want to be able to grow plants indoors.

I am currently using miracle grow moisture control soil, each plant is in its own 16" pot (they're babies). I also want to grow tomatoes and basil. I am going to be living in this colder climate for a year or so, but also want to be able to keep the plants alive during winters.

i want information on what kind of grow lights i would need for these kinds of plants, and any information regarding them. (i looked them up and there were so many different kinds i had no idea what i needed)

Any information/tips on how to grow these kinds of plants indoors would be MUCH APPRECIATED. credentials/sources are encouraged.
