Growing a fruit/vegetable?

Hi. What are some easy vegetables or fruits that can grow in a normal plastic or foam cup? Also, what are the steps in growing them? Thanks

Try radish seeds or carrot tops. Spring onion seeds just keep the cup moist not wet and in a sunny position.
