  1. What's happening is that the cauliflower is getting burned. They are quite sensitive.

When starting out, as the outer leaves get big enough tie or attach them together, kind of forming a "tent" to cover up the actual cauliflower. This prevents and protects them from getting burned.

  2. they come frozen and fresh in the store buy them

  3. As soon as the cauliflower appears, take the outer leaves to the top of the cauliflower and hold together with an elastic band.

  4. miracle grow feed will sort out this problem, once  the florets appear cover them with a large leaf so they stay white

  5. They need to be fed continuously which makes them expensive to grow. We have the same problem.

  6. Lots of liquid feed should solve your problem

  7. They produce better in cooler weather.  Any heat and they "bolt", meaning: they send up yellow flowers.  You can cut those flowering steams off, they don't taste good, but the side shoots will still give you some small cauliflowers.
