I know that if u wanna dry and save tomato seeds u have to go through the fermentation process but if I want to plant them right away do they have to be dried? Can i just take the blob of goo and put it in some soil?

  1. No, you have to let them dry out and pick out the SEEDS and not the "blob of goo" lol

  2. Whenever I pick tomatos that have bug holes eaten in them, I chuck them over the fence, and the darn things come up on their own!  So I expect you can plant them right away, goo and all!
