Growing hair? tips? products?

Hi,

Right now I have shoulder length hair. Its coarse and flips out at the ends. and its layered. I recently got my hair cut and some bangs. i really want to grow my hair.

I'm on a student budget

$10 dollars max.

So, any tips on growing hair fast?

Also, products I can buy at walgreens that you suggest.

A hair care regimane would be lovely.

i wish my hair would grow too!! theres nothing really to do except get it trimmed every 6 weeks and excercise and eat right! also dont use a lot of "hot tools" on your hair. they will dry out the ends and make your hair shaggy looking. hope this helps
