Hi, i am 5'4 and sixteen years old. I have still been growing but very slowly. I was wondering if i do all out sprints at about 5:30 for half an hour to an hour and sleep at 9:30 will the exercise induced HGH still have an effect. Some things I've read say it lasts the whole day and others say i have to do it right before bed. if it doesn't last does anyone know any other exercises i can do such as squats. thanks
