Growing tomatoes in basement

Question

love fresh tomatoes, was thinking about putting grow light in basement to grow toms over winter, maybe okra and peppers.

what ya'll think?

It will be more of an effort than just a grow light.  Tomatoes and peppers need warm soil so you will need a heating pad to keep the undersides warm as well.  The basement will need to be heated.  You really should research setting up a greenhouse outside instead.
