Growing watercress?

Has anyone tried this at home? When's the best time to do it if it can be done? Any good websites etc

  1. Unless you are lucky enough to have a spring in your garden it is not worthwhile. Water cress needs running water to grow well. If it is not spring water it will pick up bacteria & the liver fluke parasite and not be safe for eating.
