  1. I really don't think there is a set age where guys grow the most, if that makes sense. It really does depend on the individual, their family history, and their environment and lifestyle, I guess.

I was about 4'11'/5'-ish through most of junior school but started growing facial hair and things at about 10 or 11. Once I started high school at about 11 or 12, I grew in height. I'm 19 now and roughly 5'8''-ish, which obviously isn't massive for a guy of my age but it was about the same height I was in my early teens. I think I hit puberty quite early on but haven't really grown much since, although of course my weight has gone up since and my body has changed.

I think scientists would probably note how guys are hitting puberty and growing in height earlier than before. I swear teenage guys are so much taller than they used to be too. I felt so lanky at about 5'8''-ish when I was like 13 or something, but now when I get the bus or something I see so many teenage guys who must be above 6'!

There do seem to be those who go through puberty earlier on at about the age of 10, but some seem to be much later on. Some guys are even still growing in their 20's.

    Hope this kinda helps.
