Grr, have to send xbox 360 for repairs but the 'UPS electronic label' link they emailed me wont work?

It says this:

Error: Unable to retrieve the UPS Label information. Please check the retrieval link. ( Error Code: 0 )

If i cancel the repair, and start over with a new repair request, will it let me request a repair again? Or will it tell me i cant because ive just requested one...Im so confused!! Sorry!!

I need to send the xbox away in 20 days. And i cant without this.

Also, I arranged the repair over the Xbox website, anf they didn't ask if i wanted a box sent, and i havent heard any information on me getting one sent by them. They just said to put it in a box and send it with the label on the front. but i dont think i have a box, apart form the original packaging of the xbox360.

jus call support again and tell them to resend u the labels it should only take 24hrs to resend the labels
