Grr how to get rid of them?? [ girls only please ]?

ok.. i have pimples on my butt and like scars from them... its really weird. how to get rid of the pimples without buying stuff- or buying stuff. and how get rid of or hide the scars???

The best thing you can do is to reduce whatever it is that is irritating your skin.  I suggest looking at the fabrics of your clothes and panties, anything synthetic is more likely to cause irritation.  Also check out what sort of detergent you are using, this may also be irritating your skin.  

When you wear synthetics or have harsh chemicals on your clothes then you sit, your butt basically gets ground against these irritating substances and because that is fairly tender skin, it makes it break out.

If you are wearing tight clothing, this could also be the hair follicles of your skin getting irritated and infected, so you might want to consider wearing looser clothing and seeing if that helps.

As with any body issue, eating healthy foods, drinking plenty of clean plain water, keeping yourself clean, exersizing and getting enough sleep will also be factors.

For scarring, I would say it will just take time to fade the scars - also, the diet/body issues I mentioned above will help your body to heal faster..  There are all sorts of things that claim to reduce scarring, but I haven't seen much credible evidence of this.

Any acne stuff will do, and I don't think you'll need to get rid of scars unless you expect someone to look at your butt.

Clearasil, pick the blue shiny box or Oxycerin to help your acne. For $20 it is a full system, face wash, toner, and lotion with a bonus spot treatment. It works great! Try using lavendar essential oil. Avoid sugar and fried foods. Also, get a clorine filter for your shower and wash your face in the shower instead of the sink when possible. Chlorine tends to irritate the skin.

Well i have the same problem and I try to buy mederma to take the severity out of scars, but sometimes that doesn't work. umm you can buy acne cream (for your face), and I know that you said without buying stuff, but you kinda have to!   hope I helped!!!!  :)

i don't know how to get rid of pimples without buying stuff. i mean, nothing ever worked for me until i went in to the doctors and i started taking birth control. that helped SO much. they have some other things at the store if that works.
