Grr nail polish remover?

i tried 2 do my nails but i did a **** job as usual and i used nail polish remover 2 remove it but it went under my nails and to the side /edges of my nails it looks really gross and its a dark color. how do i get rid of it?

and i have sores on my fingers that sting really insanely bad and then start bleeding when ever nail polish remover comes close to them. and is it normal for skin to feel really cold and almost burning cold when the nail polish remover touches it?

someone told me that you should put a few coats of clear before anything else. did you not do that??? well, talk to a pro
