Grubs destroyed my lawn. I already had it treated but it's to late. How do i now fix the damaged lawn?

Dead is dead you may have to start over. Where are you? You may want to just kill the rest of it till it up fill in where you need to and re-sod or seed which ever is the best for you. If it is just an area and not all of it you can till just that area and seed or re-sod.
