2000 gsxr 600 i bought it already with mods. It looks great but one thing that has been done is the handle bars are lowered about 3inches and it makes turning harder. The front was moded so i looks like its sopposed to be that way and no way I can raise them without replacing the front. If it was raised to factory height it wouldnt fit and would hit plastic. Its great one straight strips but when I hit the corners I cant cut them very good. Any tips?

  1. Yeah well that happens. A lot of Ducatis have a huge turning radius for that same reason. Would you believe me if I tell you that if you learn how, you can turn that motorcycle 180 degrees in less than 2 bike lengths radius? Well you can. You need to learn how. Put your weight on the pegs, turn your head to look exactly where you want to go, even if it's behind you. Lean the bike over into the turn, put your weight on the OUTER peg as you turn. Keep the power applied. It will fall over if you cut the power. DO NOT LOOK AT THE GROUND! Sounds harder than it is. Ask someone who rides a Gold Wing to show you. You'll be ashamed when you see how some of these guys can turn those behemoths.

  2. move the bars to where you can turn..  cut the plastic to suit..
