if you press L1 to get the taxi's attention you can then it will stop for you....

to then get into the cab without stealing it you need to hold down the triangle button instead of just pressing it otherwise you will just steal the car lol!!

on ps3 when u see a cab hit the L1 button cab will stop 'n when u get closer to the cab press the triangle button niko will get into it
