Gta 4 knife question?

I have a question in GTA 4. Can you go behind someone and slit there neck with a knife like in san andreas?

There isn't even a knife in GTA 4.

There is a knife in gta 4 but you can't slit peoples necks with it. However, u can use stun attacks were u kill people with one hit in physical combat,
