Gta flying car??????

i saw this video on youtube and you go to fraps.com and download something to make a flying indy car but i saw this other video where you do the flying dodo cheat and then you do another but the other one i can't find anywhere it makes a blue flame come out of your exhaust pipe

you need to enter like 3 different cheats you need to enter andrenaline mode and you need to enter the nitrous cheat for blue flame and you need to enter the car invisible cheat and you well fly and when you hit a car the other car blows up

on vice city with the flying cheat it just flys up but it doesnt stay up and it just comes back down so theres really now point but if you want the cheat just type in grand theft auto vice city ps2 cheats on google

There is no such thing. There is a car/boat cheat that gives you a car and a boat in one and it hovers though.
