1. That bloody B**ch Kate said that she only wants to be friends

2. She swears on your dates...i mean she is insulting Niko sometimes!

I hate her so i saved before the choice and then took revenge and killed Dimitri so Roman is still alive and that sl*t is dead =D teehee

Oh yeah and to stay on topic i heard that there is a third ending where Little Jacob dies but i think that it is rubbish so i had only those two endings =D teehee (2) xD

im positive that there are only two endings and both depend on the deal with jimmy and dimitri. if you take the deal then your cousin dies but if refuse the deal and kill dimitri then your girlfriend dies. either way, you're screwed.
