Guadalajara is a very modern and beautiful city, you will enjoy it as much as your kids since the city offers to the visitors a wonderful agenda for children. They have one of the largest Zoos in the continent where you will find a Safari and an Amusement park for the same price ("Selva Mágica") with over thirty five rides and other attractions just for the kids, including it's own marine park with dolphin, seal shows.  Selva Mágica also has regularly scheduled shows featuring performing toucans, hawks and macaws..

Near Chapala lake there´s also a bunch of activities for kids such as going to the Tobolandia Aquapark or riding on pony or boat in the lake. Visit the very modern malls where they have activities for kids and also fine and very affordable shopping for the kids such as toys, clothing and entertainment stuff.

But no matter what you do you CAN´T definitely miss Trompo Magico wich is an Interactive Museum specially for kids where parents enjoy with them doing interactive activities that you will surely never forget, the museum is also very foreigner friendly and your kids will find interesting interacting with kids from other country and learning at the same time.

On sundays they close the main avenues of the city to the car traffic and they become in pedestrian routes where you guys can ride in bike, skate or run, they also rent little cars for the kids as well as bikes and rollerblades, after the ride there´s a bunch of good restaurants, cafes and delis for all budgets where you can have a mail or just get some beverages and buy some souvenirs.

Guadalajara is a very safe city, clean and very family-oriented i´m sure you will have a lot of fun and will visit again!
