Guam question?

i have a friend that is mexican and is going to live in guam and he is wondering is there a mexican consulate in guam to renew his passport if there is not a mexican consulate so tell me were is the nearest place in guam to go to a mexican consulate he doesn;t want to take a 2 day trip to usa to just renew a passport

No Mexican consulate on Guam.  The closest would be Manila in the Philippines.  Manila's a 3 hour flight.

Continental Air Micronesia has 1 flight per day to/from Manila.  It's expensive.  Hotels and taxis in Manila are pretty cheap.

I hope your friend knows what he's getting into.  Guam has the cost of living of San Francisco and the ambiance of Appalachia. Wages are low unless you land a coveted job with the Government of Guam.
