Ok.So a Guardian At Litem was assigned to our child. One of the parents agreed to pay and have GAL visit both homes and families with the child. What would happen if ,the parent who is supposed to pay for GAL ,then refuses to pay for GAL to travel to another state to see other parent with child? Is this contempt of the court order? What are the possible consequences?
