Many of the fast food ones like McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Pizza Hut.  There is also Chili's and TGI Fridays, in the capital.

In Guatemala, we have restaurants for all tastes:

If you want tradicional food, you can eat in Los Antojitos and Casa Chapina. Or Mexican Food in El Parador, Órale and Los Cebollines.

If you want meet, Del Tingo al Tango, Fulanos y Menganos, La Estancia, Hacienda Real, Casa Española, Portal del Angel.

Other restaurants are Applebees, TGIFridays, Friends, Chillis, Nais, Hooters, Sushi Itto, La Crèpe, GoGreen, FoodFactory...

Fast Food, Wendy's, Burguer King, McDonals, Domino's Pizza, Pollo Campero -kind of KFC-, Pizza Hut, Pizza House, TacoBell, Lay-Lay, Chinito Veloz -chinese food-..

All this are good restaurants! I've visited all at least once!

Let's see...they have Applebee's, Chili's, TGIFridays, Hooters, McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Domino's Pizza..and I think that's it.

As far as good restaurants, it depends on the kind of food you like. Tre Fratelli is a very popular and good italian restaurant.  Casa Chapina is a good restraurant for Guatemalan food as is Kakao.  There is also Sushi Itto which is good for sushi and much more.

Not many not there it seems.. Chilis, Applebees, Hooters, Sizzler.  Pretty much all of the fast food places are there.
