Guatemala Teen Summer?

i have a choice of either staying in Jersey, and attend football lifting and just chill at home.

OR i have a choice of going to Guatemala City

where my dad lives to do something.

i've been there last year for a month, and basically i went on 2 mission trips and a trip to san jose, and just stayed in my dad's apartment swimming and working out. but this year, idk wat to do, like i was thinking of learning spanish, but i was looking foward to group thing..a teen group thing.

can u guys inform me?

  2. well Guatemala is loads of fun for teens because of there being practically no drinking age (technically its 18, but everyone turns a blind eye). if you want to learn Spanish, Guatemala is a perfect pick, the Spanish they speak there is very straight forward and has little slang and accents added to it, therefore making it easier to learn and usable in any other Spanish speaking country. I recommend either of two cities; Antigua or Panajachel... lots of fun spots, cheap hotels, and pretty little Swiss girls ;)

  3. I think this is a no brainer. go to Guatemala. Whenever you get a chance to travel you should do it
