Guatemalan people need a visa to go to UK?

Hi i am a Guatemala citizen, i am living in Germany as a student, i would like to go to London for 1 week as a tourist, do we need a visa? Or just my passport?

Both the UK and Germany are in the EU so you should be able to travel between the two countries without crossing a border at which you have to go through passport control.

This website also says you don't need a separate UK visa if you are a resident of Germany:
