Guerilla advertising in a small town?

I work for a local company that sells internet, tv, and phone service in a small town and need some good ideas to bring in sales without the internet. I mostly want to target college kids since this is a college town and have already decided that I'm going to advertise at the college and dorms but feel like I could be doing more. Any ideas? And does anybody know of any good sites for free flyer templates that would appeal to college kids?

You need to get the college kids' attention, on or off campus!

One way to do this is to offer a chance to win something that would be valuable to them - - maybe everyone who buys a year's worth of services from you would be eligible for a drawing for the prize (an iPhone, an iPod, a $500 bar tab at the nearest hangout to the campus, an acoustic guitar, a Blackberry, a $500 gift certificate to the campus book/souvenir store, or the local favorite donut shop, or Starbucks, etc....  anything you think they'd get excited about).

Another way is to do something slightly outrageous that will get a lot of attention on campus - - maybe you have a local musician play some popular music on a main walkway or a place outdoors where students gather between classes, and you give out promotional t-shirts or notebooks or koozies or something that they might use while advertising your products.  Or maybe you have a parachutist land on or near campus with a huge company logo on the parachute.  (note:  you'll need to ok these ideas with your company and with an official on campus before doing any of these!  be sure to also alert the local media, you could get some free publicity out of this!)

Be sure to hit the dorms and nighttime hotspots in town, too!

With working with college students i would look into text message marketing. Everybody and their mothers have a cell phone and most know how to send and receive text. Yahoo! "Cheap SMS Marketing". There are alot of different companies out there and some are reasonably priced. I know you wanted to bring in sales without the Internet but think about it. Next Gen Marketing.
