Guess this song? Don't know the name of it!?

Question

I was listening to the Spectrum on Sirius. I heard a guy playing an acoustic type song (it wasn't all acoustic though). I think it's a newer track, the chorus and the song is pretty slow.

I know the word "tomorrow" is in it. But beyond that I can't think of anything else.

Any wild guesses will help. Thanks.
