Guide me about quality control in aircraft maintenence engineering?

hi....i have done aircraft maintenence engineering...nad i am doing on job training in air india. i have heard a lot about quality control. i want to persue a career in quality control.is KGMC in mumbai the perfect choice..kindly suggest me.I want to be a black belt in that.What are further prospects?
