firstly american football is a womens game with all their pads and helmets

rugby is a very complex game to watch and even more difficult to understand the rules unless you have actually played the game since there are so many, particularly this year since the ELV's (Experimental Law Variations) are being used which makes it more complicated

secondly it may appea like a mess but it is actually very planned out, for example the forwards (small fat guys) have their lineout moves practiced perfectly and the intricated backs moves are also planned out
