Guinea Pig.?

Question

Which do you prefer long haired short haired or medium haired guinea pigs.?

I just want to know.!

I've never heard the term "medium haired" guinea pig. Which type would fall into this category. I have a texel, an aby, a teddy and an American. I consider the texel long and the rest short.

As for shedding, my American sheds way more than my texel, if that is why you are inquiring. My aby sheds a little, my american when I pet or brush him, my texel and teddy, not at all.

i would get a short haired guinea pig because guinea pig shed and short hairs dont get everywhere while long hairs do

i used to have one that had extremely long hair, kind of like a human head.  he was the best thing that ever happened to me.  he was sweet and gentle, and little kids always thought he was a puppy. lol  he was easy to take care of, too.  just a simple brushing every day to keep the tangles away.

I prefer medium haired.

I have some that are long haired though.

I like medium..but it's the personality! mine were both between medium and short..soo cute love their little mouths!

Short hair is my favs. They are easier to take care of.

teddy bear guinea pig they are awesome i have one and they dont really have to be brushed there hair is short medium but they are so coll looking and cute i would recommend a silver or golden agouti guinea pig
