Guinness Kev expected to win Brightonandhovegreyhoundstadium.co.uk 475
Guinness Kev is tipped to prevail in the Brightonandhovegreyhoundstadium.co.uk 475 at Hove in England on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. The winner of the Grade OR event will be awarded a cash prize of £750.
The 475 metres flat race is scheduled to start at 19:25 GMT and following entries have been confirmed for it: Trevi You Go, Guinness Kev, Soviet Military, Lenson Teddy, Clonlost Snoopy and Farloe Scolari.
There are some very good runners lined up for action at Hove, which will make the competition quite interesting. However, it will be difficult for the punters to pick their favourite today.
Looking at the statistics of all participants, Guinness Kev appears to be one of the top contenders for victory in the race. He is a very good runner, as he has got both the speed and stamina to shine at this level.
The S. Cahill’s trainee has been producing some consistent results over the past few months, which shows that he is carrying a decent momentum right now. He took part in a couple of trial runs at Hove as well and managed to do well in them. This will definitely
help him attract a few bets in his favour today.
In his most recent run, the black and white hound was unable to fight for victory, as he finished runner up by a big margin of more than four lengths. He was not rated as favourite back then, thus the result was good for him in the end.
Things are expected to be a touch easier for Guinness Kev this time around, but he will have to be at his best in order to take the top spot. He is the son of Droopys Vieri out of Miss Modesty and was born in April 2010.
On the other hand, Trevi You Go also has the experience and skills to fight at the front. He has won once out of his previous five attempts, which shows that he is in decent form at the moment.
However, the P. Simmonds’ trained hound was unable to make a solid impression in his previous outing, as he finished fourth in it. He will need to make a significant improvement in order to challenge Guinness Kev today.
