  1. If you remove the high E, I think that last one would be B min 7

Em and G...and...Bm7add11/F# (I really don't know where you found this cuz it's not a beginner chord...it's really jazzy, but sounds great)...you probably mistyped the last one, it can't be in a beginner chord chart. The others didn't know because this really requires the knowledge of theory to name it. It's even in inversion.
