Guitar Body Improvement?

Well I have this B.C rich

I hate it so much but can't afford a new one.

I'm trying to make it sound better by adding new pickups and things like that, but I need help picking what kind of pickups I need.

Also, is it possible to add a tremolo system on it? If so, how much would that cost.

Hi Feross

Get Seymour Duncan pickups or DiMarzis if you like a dirty sound. As for the tremolo system, get a Floyd Rose. It will be tricky to put but can be done.

As for the locking mechanism at the top, you can put any one.
