How Do You Build Enough Muscles In Fingers To Play Guitar?Everytime i do the claw i get cramps in my fingers.Are there any exercises to stop this or get me good a doing progressions on the frets.

  1. Use the standard F major chord formation and others that you have learned and apply them up and down the fretboard in an off, then off technique. For example, take the F chord in the first fret, press down, then release several times. Strum while you're doing it. Then go to the sixth fret and then the eighth fret doing the identical exercise with the F chord formation.

    This will also keep your calluses toughened.


  2. what the h**l is the claw?

    just practice scales, practice chords, practice songs.  finger strength comes with practice, as muscle memory also plays a role.
