Guitar Hero Fundraiser

Question

As a fundraiser I would like to do something with Guitar Hero, since the whole bake sale and car wash is getting a little old. I know they do it a lot back at my hometown but I have no idea how to make it into a fundraiser type thing. Does anyone have any ideas??

hmmm well charge ppl 5$ to compete and then have a big competition and the winner gets 10 and you keep the rest of the money?

Charge a certain amount of money per person. They can sign up as much as they want, but they pay everytime.  High scoring person at the end of the day wins.  For the prize - see if you can get a gaming store or wal-mart to donate a gift certicate since it is a fundraiser - that way you won't have to use any of the proceeds that you collect.

A friend of mine did a WII golf tournament as part of a fundraiser for her daughter.  It went really well.

Make sure you advertise well too - you might be able to get the local church, school, or hospital to donate some cash for advertising.
