Why is there only 5 fret keys to press?

I mean people usually use a 6 string guitar to play.

Every GH game,there is always 5 string,why is this so?

it would be too hard to play with 6 frets. if you play expert you will never be able to complete it

Well first off, they do this because it is more simple to play. Think if you had 6 of them, you could barely stretch your fingers over to the farthest one, and songs would be MUCH harder.

Also, because the first Guitar Hero had 5, I think they want to keep it consistent for every Guitar Hero. Mostly because they made a huge profit already, and don't see a point in changing it. Plus, if they did change it, that would mean you couldn't use your GH controller for GH2 or youro GH2 controller for GH3.

Simply put, it would make the game too hard.

I can just barley beat Through The Fire and Flames on expert as is. I cant even imagine another fret. That would be more work for my hand and my eyes too.
