Guitar Hero: World Tour questions?

Question

1.Will the new guitar work for Guitar Hero 3, Guitar Hero 2, and or Aerosmith

2. How does the strum bar work

3. Is it really like a touch strum bar

I do not know about the strumming, however, i do know that it will be touch sensitive and yes the old guitars will work with the new game however, you will miss out on some of the new feautures. Here is a link for the new wii instruments

It's a Les Paul guitar. The guitar will pretty much be the same as the other ones except it's gona have strum buttons below where the neck of the guitar is.from what i've read when you have a strenuous note (a.k.a. Held notes w/ lines) you'll be able to use the bar to get more points than if you just held the fret down. somewhat like a real guitar you'd press the button down at the top and litterally slide your hand down while holding long button.The guitar WILL work with the other games (i'm not totally sure about GH2) but you wont be able to incorporate the strum bar cause it's not programmed into the other games. I also heard that 2 confirmed songs have been announced for GH:world tour.   EVERLONG by the foo fighters and SANTERIA by sublime.
