Guitar Sweep Picking Exercises?

I have been playing guitar for four years and consider myself and intermediate guitarist. I have started to learn the sweep picking technique. Does anybody know any good exercises to help practice the sweep picking technique?

This isn't really technical advise but my method of choice is find a sweeping riff you like sit down watching T.V or something and continue sweep picking until that riff becomes second nature.

It might sound a little cliche but practice practice practice!
