Guitar amp, for a beginner? What do you suggest?

I haven't got an electric guitar yet, but I will get an american standard stratocaster...and I don't know what amp to buy... I don't want to spend too much money on it, but I want a good one not some c*rp (sorry).

  1. You should have gotten a Crate amp for free with your purchase.


  2. small marshall box amp, liek a $100 and have great sond + loud

  3. doesn't really matter until you start making music.  My hubby is a musician and he suggests a "good ol acoustic".
