Guitar amp suggestions?

Question

what amp should I get i want pretty heavy tone for harder rock style of playing but I also want it loud enough to gig with. I either want a vox ac15 for the amazing tone or an ibanez TBX150R Tone Blaster Xtreme Guitar Combo Amp that has 150 watts but im not sure about the tone. So any help as what I should get would be appreciated thanks

You can always get a modelling pedal.  You can get modelling pedals that emulate *all* the great amplifiers -- including the Vox AC sound.  That way you can have the power from the Ibanez Tone Blaster AND make it sound just like a Vox AC15 at the same time.

For small gig rooms -- sometimes the Vox is plenty loud.  But, for large auditoriums and outdoors you need something bigger.
