Guitar hero on tour?

Question

i recently bought guitar hero on tour (for nintendo DS)

and it keeps telling me to insert grip when i turn it on but i have and it wont work!

does anyone know whats wrong :(

you need to put the grip in all the way and the turn it on. and check to make sure the game in in all the way too.
