Guitar hero or rockband?

im wondering what game to get when they come out i either want guitar hero4 world tour or rockband2. which one should i get ? by the way its for ps3

guitar hero has a LOT better guitar, puts rock band to shame. and if u get the special edition package, the drums are actual electric drums that u can play for real! but rock band has a cooler tour package, and it is kinda better if you are playing with friends. i have played both and i have owned guitar hero. *shurg* im gonna go for GH4, the guitar is so much better. and it looks like it has quite a bit better song list(according to my tastes). GH4!

Get Rockband 2, if you have Rockband 1, you'll be able to keep all your songs from the 1st game, no disc swapping. Rockband 2 has also upgrades their Graphics and they have the most amazing setlist...

GH4 has worse graphics and the setlist is good, but not on the level of Rockband 2. So get rockband.

PS for all you who say Rockband and Guitar Hero are competitors, they're not, they're made by the same people Harmonix.

it depends on if you have a lot of friends over. If yes, rock band. If you are more of a solo person and like the guitar then go for GH 4. Rock Band can also have some fun single player things if you want variation.

Depending on how the music-creation tool works in Guitar Hero: World Tour, that could mean infinitely more songs for you to play with that set.

Are the differences between the instruments compelling enough to make a decision? For example, the touch-sensitive Guitar Hero guitar or the cymbals on the drum set?

Do you prefer the feel of either game better than the other?

I personally will be getting rockband 2 becuase Its cheaper and the instruments are compatable for World tour (only for PS3)

P.S- ROckbands Setlist looks great....so guitar heros will have to be amazing but i dont care cause im getting both.
