what don't you understand? Look up tabs and play it, he does use something called bending which is when you bend the string up ward to raise the pitch a little bit.

Its just a standard blues solo, probably focusing on whats called phrasing. Phrasing is what puts the "mood" into the notes. Blues is all about moods. So he's bending some notes, vibrato on others, and adding grace notes to the pentatonic (blues) scale.

Not sure what you dont get about it...how to play it? What its teaching? Good luck anyway...
