  3. you must by a string that cost 250 pesos in the any store that sell strings

  4. Most brands of acoustic guitar strings retail for between $5 - 7.  It doesn't really matter so much what you had on there, you might as well replace the entire set since you don't know how old your current strings are.  Personally, I like Dean Markley medium gauge Bronze strings on my Guild dreadnaught guitar; D'Addarios are also good, so are GHS, and John Pearse.

If you play mostly rhythm guitar you'll find the Medium gauge strings will give you a fuller, richer sound, but they're slightly harder to press down than Light gauge strings.  If you're a beginner still working on developing callouses, you'll find Light gauge strings to be a little easier on your fingertips.  Or if you play lead guitar and do a lot of string bending, you'll need Light gauge strings as well.

But guitar strings are cheap enough that if you buy a set of strings and put them on and don't like them for any reason, you can try a different brand or a different gauge without having wasted a lot of money.

if you don't know how to change your guitar strings, bring your guitar in to the music store and ask someone there to do it for you and show you how its done.  You'll want to change your strings on a somewhat regular basis anyway, because when strings get old, they're more apt to break, plus they sound dead and don't stay in tune as well -- so learn to change them yourself and then change them periodically (every couple of months or so, maybe more frequently if you play a LOT) to keep your guitar sounding its best.
