what does the h mean in this following tab

The "h" means hammer on, so after playing 2-you have to let it ring-you "hammer" your ring finger onto the fourth fret.

it's a hammer on

basically you pluck the d string second fret and then take your other finger and push onto the fourth so it sorta sounds like it's sliding

Just slide your finger from the second fret to the fourth fret.
