Guitarist. I am writing a run starting on B, What rythym should I use?

Ok the cord would be nice, but ill just go for b power cord?

I want to know what type of rythm to use? Like trremelo on lower string or just one cord though the whole thing or power metal type (dam-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta)

It is a run 4 beats long in a power metal song. But I am trying to keep it fantasy metal like, so not just damdamdamdamdam though the whole song?

make it like down everything so that the song would really sound like heavy rock songs.
