Alas, no.  You might be thinking of a Gig, which at around 7 metres (22') long isn't small, although is a rowing boat.

Another no-no is a Gulet which is a Turkish sailing boat around 25 metres long (85')

One real possibility is a Shell, which is a very light, very fast rowing boat, but I hope your balance is good!  (See link) Adam
