Gum problems?

i had all 4 wisdom teeth cut out about 8 months ago, and my lower right side has been hurting on and off since then...now its swollen and hurts really bad...what could it be?

i do not want to go to the dentist!!!

could it be abcess?

This could be a dry socket, which is very painful. It is when the blood clot falls out of the socket, exposing the bone and nerves. You might need to go to a dentist to get it treated.

I had my wisdom teeth removed too. And the dentist did a c**p job and i had an infection. I think u might have the same problem. I think it best if you go back and get it checked out.

It could be infected. Sometimes when the pull the teeth out, they break which can cause a small splinter to remain your gums ( happened to my sis ) Make an appointment to have it checked out
