Gum surgery..............?

So, i had some of my gum around my back teeth removed 3 days ago. And the place where they removed it is very sore, and i can barely eat anything without it hurting. How can i eat without it hurting?

  1. it took me like a week and a half after my surgery to eat anything other than crackers and bread! but go back to the surgeon and ask him to look at it!


  2. well the only thing i can suggest is eating soft foods like bananas, and smoothies, and protien shakes, and stuff like that. good luck!! GOD BLESS <3

  3. Last week my gums swelled up from getting cavities filled...but that won't happen to you

    All I ate was:Ice cream,soup,mashed potatoes((yum))Jell-o and pudding.....or for breakfeast you can eat Cream of wheat or oat meal

  4. eat cold or cool food that does not require chewing... Carnation Instant breakfast, Jello, Ice cream, yogurt, luke-warm soup, mile shakes. Anything that does not require jaw movement to aggravate the wound.
