Gummy ear phones keep breaking in right ear any one else have same problem?

this is the second pair of gummy ear phones i have baught both the rigt ear phone is messed up first one it stoped w orking then the metal part came out and now the second one is starting to wear out and i got them a week ago i don't do any thing diffrent with these than with any other type i have had be fore these but the right ear phone keeps breaking wear can i call to complain? or email any one have the same problem?

Are you sure it is the earphone? Or the plug it is plugged in to.??!! Try to wiggle the plug, and see if any breakup..

Get a new pair? Check to see if it is your player. Contact jvc mybe by googling it.
